About AOC
AOC International is a Taiwanese electronics company headquartered in Taipei that manufactures computer monitors, televisions, and displays. Its roots trace to 1934, when Ross Siragusa founded the Continental Radio and Television Corporation in Chicago — the company that would become Admiral Corporation. In 1967, the Admiral Overseas Corporation (AOC) was established in Taiwan as the first manufacturer of color television sets for export, and it was renamed AOC International in 1978, with the AOC brand registered worldwide in 1982. A subsidiary of TPV Technology, AOC is a globally leading monitor and IT accessories brand, and its AGON sub-brand has been one of the world’s top gaming monitor lines since its launch in 2016.
