AccessArizona (AccessArizona.com) was a Phoenix-based city portal launched in 1997 by Cox Interactive Media. It was one of 22 city portals Cox built nationwide, offering local news, sports, weather, and traffic, and designing websites for early partners like the Arizona Chamber of Commerce. Its trademark was filed in 1998 and cancelled in 2006.
The logo reflected late-1990s portal style: a bright wordmark in southwestern-influenced colors, a friendly front door to the Arizona web on dial-up-era homepages.
The surviving artwork uses warm southwestern tones in a bold casual wordmark — a time capsule of 1990s web design.
